ITICA celebrates one year anniversary with Ireland Football Coach Trapattoni & National Car Draw!
We celebrated the first year of ITICA in style last Monday evening (24th January) with Ireland football coach and legendary Italian, Giovanni Trapattoni and Fade Street star, Vogue Williams officiating at the celebratory event in the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel, Co. Dublin.
Carlow winner from national car draw
Following on from the phenomenally successful competition which ran in all ITICA members during November, it was down to Italian guest of honour, Mr. Trapattoni to draw the winning ticket from the 180 lucky finalists.
Carlow man Brendan Morrissey was the lucky finalist to drive away in the brand new Fiat Punto Evo! Brendan entered the competition in his local Roccas Takeaway, Graiguecullen, Killashin Road, Carlow.
Excellent public response to competition
There was an outstanding response to the national car draw, with over 1,000,000 entries nationwide. Thank you to all our members for making the event a success with a great turnout from customers around the country.
Successful partnership with leading Italian carmaker, Fiat
The collaboration with Italian car manufacturer Fiat proved to be a highly successful partnership for both ITICA and Fiat. It was the ideal way to commemorate our first year and provided an opportunity to thank our customers and local communities across Ireland for their support.
As aptly put by Fiat Group Ireland M.D. Adrian C. Walsh: “We feel a natural kinship with the Irish Traditional Italian Chippers Association, not only because we share strong ties to Italy but also because ITICA’s members and Fiat Automobiles share a similar philosophy making mouth-watering products exceptionally affordable.”
